I’m lucky to love what I do. But that hasn’t always been the case. After burning out, I went on a mission to help companies both prevent burnout and optimize employee well-being. Let’s agree that the last few years have been hard. It’s why I built this new talk, (re)Discovering Happiness at Work - to give us back its purpose or help someone discover it for the first time. 

I'm grateful to have collaborated with the world’s most future-forward organizations and esteemed academics. As a speaker, award-winning author, journalist, and researcher, I delve into the intricate nexus of workplace culture, behavioural sciences, well-being, and the future of work.

In the last two years alone, I've proudly partnered with global organizations, associations and workplace conferences to deliver over 250 tailored keynotes, panel discussions, and fireside chats. The focus of my books and Harvard Business Review articles is the foundation for my public speaking. My first book, 'Unlocking Happiness at Work' explored psychological fitness and employee happiness. My second book, 'The Burnout Epidemic', detailed the root causes of chronic workplace stress and its impact on employee well-being and performance.

My next book, Why Are We Here? Creating a Work Culture Everyone Wants, launches in Winter 2024, published by Harvard Business Press. In it, I introduce five transformative leadership imperatives for the future of work. I can’t wait to share first-of-its-kind insights into workforce behaviour that is reshaping the future of work. We are all ready to regain that part of work – the purpose and meaning that’s missing right now.
