Jennifer Moss to Speak at Workhuman Live 2026 in Orlando

Jennifer Moss, internationally recognized workplace culture expert and author of The Burnout Epidemic, delivers keynotes on burnout, leadership, and sustainable performance, has been selected as a featured speaker at Workhuman Live 2026, taking place April 27–30 in Orlando, Florida.

Workhuman Live is one of the premier human-centered leadership and HR conferences of the year. It brings together thousands of people leaders, HR professionals, and organizational executives to explore research-backed strategies for building thriving, inclusive, and resilient workplace cultures.

At the conference, Jen will lead a breakout workshop titled How to Change Culture in 20 Minutes or Less: Small System Shifts to Improve Well-Being, Motivation, and Performance. In this session, she will share evidence-based insights drawn from behavioral science, neuroscience, and organizational research.

Rather than prescribe broad programs, Jen’s talk focuses on small, practical system changes that leaders and teams can implement immediately. These micro shifts are designed to reduce stress, strengthen engagement, and rebuild connection in work environments where expectations are rising and traditional culture practices are no longer sufficient.

This appearance reflects Jen’s ongoing work as both a thought leader and practitioner. She is known for helping organizations diagnose and address chronic stress and burnout while designing workplaces that honor both performance and human well-being. Her writing has appeared in Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, Time, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Fortune, and she co-founded the Work Better Institute.

Workhuman Live’s audience includes senior HR leaders, CHROs, talent strategists, organizational development practitioners, and anyone seeking practical, research-informed approaches to culture, belonging, performance, and leadership.

Jen’s session is scheduled for Wednesday, April 29, and she looks forward to helping attendees walk away with tools they can apply immediately to strengthen their people and cultures.

Why This Matters for Leaders

Workhuman Live is built on the idea that the next era of work is human first and technology second. Leaders will hear from experts who are shaping how organizations:

• Strengthen belonging, psychological safety, and engagement
• Align performance with well-being and connection
• Use data and human insight to drive culture change
• Connect strategy with everyday employee experience

Jen’s practical, actionable session will fit squarely within this theme. It is designed for leaders who want culture design that works today, not tomorrow.

If you will be at the conference, we’d love to connect — and if you’re not attending, keep an eye out for follow-up posts, video highlights, and key takeaways we’ll share afterward.
