Research: The Impact of COVID-19 on Employee Burnout
In Fall 2020, with support from Harvard Business Review, we gathered feedback from more than 1,500 respondents in 46 countries in various sectors, roles, and seniority levels. Respondents shared at length how they felt in their own words, which was overwhelmingly negative. Both the qualitative and quantitative data pointed to a glaring reality — the pandemic greatly affected mental health and well-being at work.
