Jennifer Moss Named 2026 Golden Gavel Honoree by Toastmasters International
March 18, 2026
Toastmasters International has named Jennifer Moss its 2026 Golden Gavel recipient — the organization's most prestigious award, presented annually since 1959 to an individual distinguished in the fields of communication and leadership. Past honorees include Walter Cronkite, Stephen Covey, Tony Robbins, and Zig Ziglar.
Moss was recognized for her work as an international keynote speaker, award-winning author, workplace culture strategist, and co-founder of the Work Better Institute. Her books — The Burnout Epidemic, Why Are We Here?, and Unlocking Happiness at Work — have established her as a leading voice on burnout prevention, employee well-being, and organizational performance.
Moss will accept the award and deliver her session, "Why Are We Here? Creating a Work Culture Everyone Wants," on August 22, 2026, at the Toastmasters International Convention in Vancouver, British Columbia.
"It is thrilling to be named the 2026 Golden Gavel Honoree," said Moss. "I'm excited to share my passion for creating work culture excellence."
The ideas recognized in this award are also central to Jennifer’s keynote presentations and leadership workshops, where she translates research into practical, real-world applications.
